Sit n' Stay’s staff includes a number of fantastic Office and Area Managers, Dog Trainers and Walk & Train Specialists that have been carefully screened, selected and trained to our high standards. Sit n' Stay is different than most pet care services because when you hire Sit n' Stay, you are not hiring an individual, you are hiring a family. Our staff works in teams so that we can take time off without disrupting the pets in our care. We take our company seriously, we hire only the best people, and then we make sure they are fully trained in pet care as well as pet first aid.
Our team members are employees, not contractors, which means that all of our team members are background checked, fully insured, go through rounds of interviews and detailed on-boarding and on-going training. And yes, ensuring we have our employees coming to your home or caring for your dogs means that they can't send someone in their place! We are committed to regular staff meetings and trainings to make sure that all of our team members are providing the best care for you and your furry family members.
